Acclaim Health staff visit all referred clients and then carefully place Volunteers with clients based on interests and needs.

Friendly Visiting
The Friendly Visiting Program provides scheduled visits or outings to frail or isolated seniors and/or adults and physically challenged adults living in their own homes. 

Special Steps
Special Steps provides support for at-risk seniors experiencing memory loss. This program is designed to bring regular social and physical activity and stimulation through scheduled walks and/or in-home visits.

Hospice Visiting
Specially trained volunteers provide comfort and support to individuals and families facing life-threatening illnesses.
