Trained staff and volunteers provide support for individuals experiencing the loss of a loved one through death.

Tele-Touch
Tele-Touch provides reassuring telephone contact to isolated seniors and physically challenged individuals. Volunteers offer friendly conversation, security and reassurance.

Seniors Day Program
Volunteers support Acclaim Health staff in providing participants with therapeutic social, physical and recreational activities such as exercises, card games, crafts, and singing. Volunteer assistance is also needed to facilitate caregiver support groups and education sessions.

Family Caregiver Education and Support
An education series twice annually for families to learn how to reduce stress, stay in control, handle guilt and anger, and to learn more about community resources.
