Bereavement Services provide support to people experiencing grief and loss due to the death of a loved one.

Acclaim Health offers the following Bereavement Services;

• In-home bereavement visits
• A Bereavement Resource Center including a lending library
• Grief information hand outs
• One-to-one support with a bereavement coordinator
• Support groups offered in the Spring and Fall

Individuals can refer themselves or be referred by family members, physicians or other community agencies.
