Improving Our Services
All patients, clients, donors and their family members/caregivers have the right to voice a complaint and make changes to their care or service. View our Complaints Policy
Acclaim Health employees and volunteers are accountable for reporting and documenting complaints within established timelines. In most cases, we will respond within one business day.
We have adopted the Ontario Health Quality Council Model for Improvement to examine complaints, learn from them, and then use what we’ve learned to improve our service.
