Passion For People

  • Acclaim Health Staff and Volunteers are second to none. During every home visit, every client walk, every scheduling call and every interaction, our clients can rest assured knowing they are receiving quality, dedicated and professional care & support by more than 350 staff members and more than 850 volunteers.

All of our RN’s and RPN’s have the clinical experience and knowledge to design health care programs best suited to meet the needs of the client.  They have specialized expertise and training, set measurable goals for each and every client, create customized care plans and provide expert guidance and care throughout the entire process.

Our Alzheimer Services Recreation Staff provide persons with dementia a supportive environment where they can participate in therapeutic activities and maintain quality of life. Our Caregiver Support & Education staff work with caregivers to guide them successfully through their journey with dementia.

Our Home & Personal Support workers enhance an individual’s quality of life by providing them with the assistance and support needed to make them comfortable in their own homes. They are skilled, compassionate and professional.

Our Community Care Program Coordinators & Volunteers have practical experience in ensuring that client needs are being met in each and every unique situation. We also work hard to ensure that each client is matched with the right volunteer.  The client needs are our number one priority.

Acclaim’s office staff are a dedicated team of professionals that work hard ensuring that the operations run smoothly, effectively and efficiently.

Although we have such a large and skilled team here at Acclaim Health, it’s the passion and dedication that sets Acclaim Health staff apart. Our goal is to bring joy, dignity and quality of life to every individual we care for.

Quality Care.   Dedication.   Compassion.
