Community Support ServicesFriendly Visiting Program The Friendly Visiting Program provides regularly scheduled social visit or outings to frail or isolated seniors and physically challenged adults that assist them to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
Individuals can refer themselves or be referred by family members, physicians or other community agencies.
