A simple and great way to show your support to Acclaim Health. An undesignated donation allows us the chance to place your donation in the program that is in most need at that time.

Program Specific Donation

You can make a donation and let us know which of Acclaim Health’s programs you would like to see your donation used for. Your donations can go towards any Acclaim Health Program including: Friendly Visiting, Special Steps, Hospice/Bereavement Services, Tele-Touch, Alzheimer Services, Nursing, or Personal Support Work.

Make an In Memory Donation

Another thoughtful way of honouring the memory of a loved one and giving to someone in need in the future. An acknowledgement is sent to the family on your behalf.
