Acclaim Health Support Services enhance an individual’s quality of life by providing them with the assistance and support needed to make them comfortable in their own homes. Acclaim Health hires only professional, certified Support Workers who provide a wide range of services including bathing, skincare, dressing and feeding.

Our Support Workers work closely with you to provide individualized care. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We provide special care for:

• Frail Seniors

• People recovering from surgery, illness or injury

• People with cognitive impairments

• Children and adults with special need

• Terminally ill individuals

Acclaim Health provides nursing and personal support services under contract with Community Care Access Centres in accordance with their programs and service guidelines.
