Nursing Services

Acclaim Health Nursing professionals offer an array of services that provide quality care and support in the comfort of people’s homes. Care is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Acclaim Health Nurses can help you with many of your health care needs including:

• Providing the care ordered by your doctor;

• Arranging convenient days and times for home visits;

• Monitoring your health, answering your questions and
providing advice.

Visiting Nursing

Nurses visit individuals daily between 8:00am and 4:30pm. Arrangements can also be made for visits at other times, please contact us to learn more about Private Care.

Shift Nursing

A nurse is available for blocks of time from 4 to 24hrs a day for those individuals requiring additional service.

Specialty Nursing

Specialty Nursing includes: Palliative Care, Foot Care, Continence Management, Enterostomal Therapy, and Wound Care.

Acclaim Health provides nursing and personal support services under contract with Community Care Access Centres in accordance with their programs and service guidelines.
