| An In-Memory Donation is a heartfelt way to honour the memory of your loved one while ensuring a person in need receives care today.
Many families and friends make In-Memory Donations in lieu of flowers because donations have a powerful and lasting impact. When you make an In-memory contribution to Acclaim Health, you are helping someone in need living in Halton Region. We will send the bereaved family a sincere thank-you card acknowledging your donation. While your contact information is included in the message, the amount of your donation will remain confidential. If you make an In-Memory Donation online, we will email you a tax receipt within 24 hours. If you make an In-Memory Donation through the mail, a tax receipt will be issued to you within one week of receiving the donation. |
