Acclaim Health offers a number of Non‐Profit and Charitable Programs to lonely and isolated Seniors in our community that are in need. You can designate your donation to ally to any one of our programs. Your donation will go directly towards supporting that specific program.

No amount is too small, and there are many benefits to signing up as a monthly donor:

• It’s easy to begin and continue giving

• You can choose to donate through credit card or bank debit

• Your monthly contribution really adds up and makes difference every year
