Hospice Volunteer Visiting
Client and Caregiver Support
A hospice coordinator will meet with you and your loved ones in your home to understand your physical and emotional needs. We listen, support, educate and connect you to resources in the community.
Our caring hospice visiting volunteers provide support for adults facing life-threatening illnesses.
Visits usually take place once a week for about 1-2 hours in the client’s home. Depending on the client’s ability, volunteers may also take the client out for a walk or a drive.
These visits may also provide a break for the primary caregiver.
This service is offered free of charge, through the generosity of our funders, donors and supporters.
